‘Tis the season for cookies, candy, and about a million other baked goods. I love baking and I love this time of year, but sometimes it can get a little chaotic and finding the time to make a festive snack to take to a party or to send to school can be tough. Enter this three ingredient fudge that basically requires no cooking at all. If you have a microwave and a fridge, you’re golden! In addition to the required ingredients some festive sprinkles are a must in my opinion, but the really fun part about this recipe is that just by changing up the colors of your sprinkles you can basically make it work for any holiday or time of year!
Here’s what you’ll need to make a batch of your own…
Ingredients:
2 bags of white chocolate chips
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar cookie mix
sprinkles
Directions:
1. In a large microwave-safe bowl combine all ingredients except sprinkles and stir to combine.
2. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until completely melted. For me this took 1 minute and 30 seconds.
3. Pour the fudge mixture into an 8×8 dish lined with parchment paper, using the back of a spoon to smooth and flatten the mixture.
4. Top with sprinkles, and lightly press them in with your hands.
5. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until hardened, and then cut into small squares.
6. Enjoy!
