As most of you already know, over the last year or so, I’ve continually been on a mission to be the best version of myself that I can be. Healthy Choice Grain Free Power Bowls Spicy Black Bean & Chicken
I’ve tried a few Healthy Choice Power Bowls in the past, but I had not yet tried this one. I have no idea why I haven’t because it combines so many of my favorite ingredients, like pulled all-natural chicken breast with black beans and vegetables. It’s served over riced cauliflower with a spicy chili sauce and topped with cojita cheese. The chili sauce has a bit of a kick, but I like things spicy so I enjoyed it! The Healthy Choice Grain Free Power Bowls are a reliable source of fiber and protein, providing 18-20 grams of protein and 5-7 grams of fiber per bowl. It’s also worth noting that each variety is grain free, gluten free, fits a low carb lifestyle, and provides a nutrient-dense combination of leafy greens, colorful vegetables, lean proteins and riced cauliflower.
Udi’s Sweet Potato Crust Chicken BBQ Pizza
This pizza was probably my favorite thing out of everything that we tried! Udi’s BBQ Flavored Chicken Pizza has a crust made with sweet potatoes and it’s topped with delicious mozzarella and smoked gouda cheese, sweet BBQ sauce, and white meat chicken. The best part? It’s grain free and gluten free! This will for sure be a freezer staple for us.
Healthy Choice Simply Steamers Chicken Tikka Masala
Believe it or not, I had never tried Chicken Tikka Masala until about a year ago, but when I finally did, I instantly loved it! So, discovering this Indian-inspired dish was a huge win for me. It contains chicken breast, chickpeas, carrots, peas and tomatoes smothered in a tikka masala sauce over a bed of riced cauliflower. All of the ingredients are minimally processed, making it another great option!
Evol Portabella & Goat Cheese Ravioli
Okay, full-disclosure, I am not a fan of mushrooms… but my husband is, so I had him taste test this one for you guys. If you’re looking for a quick crave-worthy vegetarian meal, this one fits the bill. The raviolis are stuffed with portabella mushrooms, goat cheese and romano and ricotta cheeses combined with cremini mushrooms, red bell peppers, spinach and an insanely tasty creamy basil sauce. He loved it and I’m sure if you like mushrooms, then you will too!
It was so fun getting to try all of these meals, and I love that they are all great options that I can keep stocked in our freezer for busy days when I’m constantly on-the-go! What’s your favorite quick and easy meal?
