As most of you already know, I recently made the switch from following Weight Watchers to the Faster Way to Fat Loss program. I love WW, and have had great success with it, but came across FWTFL and was totally intrigued. The program is six weeks long, and focuses on consuming whole foods, while using intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and macro counting techniques. It sounds really complicated, but I swear once you’re doing all of this, it’s not. I’m totally feeling it so far, and plan to share a lot more about it over the next several weeks!
I’ve been sharing a lot of what I’ve been eating during FWTFL over on my Instagram stories, and a few days ago I shared this açaí bowl. I got a handful of messages asking what I used in it and how I made it, so I thought a blog post with all of the details was in order.
Açaí bowls are so simple to make, and they’re surprisingly filling! You can make yours with endless combinations of toppings, and use any kind of frozen fruit you like. However you choose to make yours, it’s a great way to up your fruit intake and get a healthy dose of antioxidants!
*FWTFL friends, I have added the recipe to the My Fitness Pal app. If you search for “Kozy & Co Açaí Bowl” you sould be able to find and track it easily!
