In the five years since I first became a parent, SO many amazing products have hit the market for babies and young children. It seems like for each age and stage, there are certain items that we have tried, and really and truly come to love. As much as it kills me, Theo has now officially moved past the “baby” stage, and into the toddler phase, so I thought it would be fun to share a little round up of the products we’re totally loving at 15 months (and beyond).
*Several of the items featured in this post were gifted to me for the purpose of review. As always, all of the thoughts and opinions expressed here are 100% my own.
Polka Dot Print Shop Toddler Books
Even though I’m not always the best about keeping up, I love the idea of continuing to document milestones beyond the first year. Theo is at such fun age right now, and he’s growing and changing daily. These hardcover toddler books from Polka Dot Press offer the perfect space to document all of those special memories from age 12 months to 5 years. There’s plenty of room to add photos and to write letters to your child, and there’s even an option to personalize the cover with your babe’s name!
These Moxfords from Sweet n Swag are the absolute cutest. They come in a great selection of colors, are budget-friendly, and they actually stay on. Plus, I love that they offer a soft sole for when your baby is crawling and learning to walk, and a hard rubber sole from sizes 4-10.
Playtex® Sipsters® Stage 1 Starter Set Cups
This set of starter cups from PlaytexBaby™ is meant for babes ages 4 months and older, but honestly at 15 months, they are still favorites of ours. Theo didn’t wean from nursing until a couple of months ago and he’s still pretty partial to a soft spout sippy cup ( he does well with the straw cup too). We love how the size of these cups is perfect for little hands, and I really love the fact that they don’t leak!
Skip Hop Tuo Convertible High Chair
I honestly can’t rave enough about how much we love this high chair. We are obsessed with the modern design, and how easy it is to clean. It’s super lightweight, and totally fits in with the decor in our home. Bonus points for the fact that it also converts into a toddler chair!
Little Teether Teething Necklaces
Theo still only has 6 teeth, so it seems that we’re nowhere near being through with teething (sigh). Naturally he still wants to chew on, and put everything that he can find in his mouth. We can’t get enough of these teething necklaces from Little Teether. They give me something stylish to wear, and him something to soothe his sore gums at the same time… and products that pull double duty are a huge win in my book!
Dockatot Grand
I don’t think it’s any secret that Theo has never been a very good sleeper. During his first year, we tried literally everything to help him (and us) in that department. Sadly a lot of our efforts resulted in failure, but without a doubt, the one item that actually helped was the dockatot. He outgrew the deluxe several months ago, and we knew that we absolutely had to upgrade to the grand. You guys, this thing goes EVERYWHERE with us. If it were slightly larger, I would sleep in it. Unfortunately for now, this size is for ages 9-36 months… good news for Theo, not so much for me. Literally though, if he does not have his dockatot, he does not sleep as well (and neither do I)!
Do you have a favorite baby or toddler product? I love learning about new ones!
